  • How do I use my voucher code?
    Thanks to your order of a discovery kit, you received a voucher code printed on a card.
    To use this code, go to our website, etatlibredorange.com, choose your favorite fragrance and add it to your cart. Then go to checkout and you will see the recap of your order. Write your code in the appropriate space on the right-hand side. The amount of your discovery kit is automatically deducted from the total amount of your order!

  • How long is my voucher code available?
    Your voucher code is available for 6 months after your purchase.

  • Can I buy another Discovery Kit with my voucher?
    Your voucher can only be used for a 100ml product.

  • Where is my order of the sample kit “Four Free States of Orange”?
    If you ordered a kit of 4 samples, it will be sent in a small envelope so that it can be placed in  your mailbox. Therefore, there are no tracking numbers available. Please find below the usual delivery times:
    • To France: from 3 to 5 business days
    • To Europe: from 5 to 14 business days
    • To the rest of the world: From 5 to 21 business days.

      From our website etatlibredorange.com, we mainly ship to Europe and worldwide.Please note that the delivery cannot, in any event, be made to hotels or to PO boxes.

    • How can I discover your fragrances if I do not live where you have a point of sale?
      Take a deep breathe, there is nothing to worry about! Thanks to our Discovery Kit offers on our website, you can discover our almost complete collection in your living room. Moreover, you will get a 15€ voucher on your next 100 ml fragrance purchase.

    • Where are your products made?
      Our products are made in France.

    • Are your products vegan?
      We use only vegan raw materials in our formula but we cannot offer a certificate to officially declare that we produce vegan products.
      We are cruelty free and we do not use animal extracts / raw materials. Also, the production of the raw materials we use in our fragrances is sustainable.

    • Are your fragrance bottles reusable?
      For now, we do not reuse our fragrance bottles.

    • Are your fragrances for women or men?
      Our products are unisex, but you can still check the gender balance on each product page to learn if the fragrance is generally considered more feminine or masculine.

    • Where should I spray my fragrance?
      You are free to spray your fragrance wherever you want (except in your eyes!)
      However, we recommend that you spray fragrance on your skin where there is movement, on your neck, your wrist, your arm, behind your knees.
      We also recommend that you spray fragrance in your hair, for a long-lasting sillage.

    • How should I store my fragrance?
      We recommend that you protect your fragrance from heat, steam and  light for a better conservation. Ideally, it’s best to keep your fragrance in a closet.

    • If my fragrance changes color, is this normal?
      Since we do not use a lot of stabilisers, changes in color are due to molecular reactions. But the formula remains the same, so this does not affect the scent.
